At Nitiminds Consultancy, we aim to deliver high-quality, transparent, and timely services to our clients. Since our services involve professional consultation, government filings, and regulatory approvals, please read our refund policy carefully before availing services.
1. General Policy
Service fees once paid are non-refundable, as they include costs of consultation, documentation, and filing.
Refunds will not be provided if a client:
Provides incomplete, false, or delayed information/documents.
Fails to respond on time to queries or approvals.
Chooses to discontinue service after initiation.
2. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
Payment was made by error or duplicate transaction.
Services could not be initiated due to reasons solely attributable to Nitiminds Consultancy.
Refund requests are raised within 7 working days of payment.
3. Government Fees & Third-Party Payments
Any government fees, taxes, stamp duty, or third-party payments (such as DSC, MCA filing fees, trademark fees, etc.) are non-refundable under all circumstances.
4. Cancellation of Services
Clients may request cancellation before initiation of work.
In such cases, only unutilized service fees (excluding government and third-party charges) may be refunded at Nitiminds’ discretion.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days through the original mode of payment.
Clients must provide correct bank/payment details for refund processing.
