2. Timelines mentioned for services are indicative and subject to approvals by statutory authorities.

3. Any delay from government departments or third parties is beyond our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

1. Clients must provide complete, correct, and timely information/documents required for service execution.

2. Any false, incomplete, or delayed submission of information may impact service delivery and Nitiminds shall not be held liable.

3. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, OTPs, and passwords shared during the process.

4. Fees & Payment

1. Service fees shall be communicated and agreed before commencement.

2. Payments must be made in full as per the agreed terms.

3. Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Confidentiality

1. All client data and information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering services.

2. Nitiminds shall not be responsible for any unauthorized access caused due to third-party systems, hacking, or force majeure.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. Nitiminds Consultancy acts as a facilitator and advisor.

2. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from delays, rejections, or penalties caused due to third-party authorities or client’s fault in submissions.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All content, material, and designs on this website are the property of Nitiminds Consultancy.

2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

2. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
